Paranormal: The Hum 🤔

Have you heard the Hum?

Some do, Most don't....

The Hum is an odd low frequency droning or rumbling sound that has no definitive origins.

It's been heard around the world for decades now, but can only be heard by a small fraction of the global population.

The Hum has been reported world wide, however for some reason certain areas like Taos, New Mexico and Windsor, Ontario, have become particularly known for their localized Hum phenomena, often referred to as the "Taos Hum" or "Windsor Hum.

Explanations for it's source have ranged from Power Plants, High voltage power lines, cell towers, radio waves tinnitus or even paranormal activity like aliens or psychic/spiritual powers

Though to this day it's true source is unknown...

Psychic Dreams; David Booth

                                                 THE CRASH OF FIGHT 191
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dreams

What are they?

Perhaps a glimpse into an alternate world?

or possibly latent precognitive psychic ability's run amuck..
...................

Some would answer: Dreams are your hope's or aspiration's for the future ..something you want
to do or a goal you wish to achieve eventually..

others may say dreams are just a psychological manifestation of your subconscious mind trying to process the events of your day to day life  or even just the manifestation of stress you may be going through..

Both valid responses.....Because even with all our scientific prowess we  still don't have a definitive  answer for what they truly are.

from time to time we have all had a dream/ nightmare that really hits home, something about it that you just can't shake maybe a joyous occasion that has yet to happen or possibly a nightmare waiting just around the corner.

Can some dream really foretell future events, giving us a  warning for what may lay ahead.

No doubt you've all heard of the Titanic, the unsinkable new ship, that met an icy end on her maiden voyage on April 12th, 1912 after colliding with an iceberg.. but would it surprise you to know that writer Morgan Robertson wrote a novel in 1898 about a new unsinkable transatlantic luxury ship
that strikes an iceberg and sinks resulting in a substantial lose of life in the month of April...the name of the ship in his book was The Titan....

could he have subconsciously viewed this future event in a dream, was this a premonition or  nothing more then a lot of very strange coincidences all at once?

[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[

How exactly would we explain the stranger aspect of our nocturnal thoughts and what do we make of the more prophetic dream's especially one's that
keeps recurring night after night?
.................................

Today we take a trip back to the 70's a time of bell bottoms, Disco fever  and hippie tea....(The secret ingredient was weed .......But you didn't hear  that from me
.......

Ok joking aside today were going to talk about one man's bizarre recurring dreams and the disaster it proceeded...

David Booth..

An otherwise normal man from Cincinnati, Ohio was being haunted by a nightmare that kept replaying night after night..

It all started on May 16th 1979.

David covered in sweat and felling nauseous suddenly awoke from a frightening dream, his wife seeing how distressed he had become  asked him what was wrong.. David then told her of his nightmare, unfortunately for him this was only the beginning.

He recounted that in his dream he was looking out to the horizon on his right, and suddenly there was a jet flying towards him that wasn't making any sound then all of the sudden it banked sharply with the right wing up in the air and was flying inverted for a moment, before diving straight into the ground with a tremendous explosion.

It was at that moment he awoke.

As terrible as it was David believed it to be nothing more then a very bad dream....

Until he had the same dream again the next night and each night following, and every nightmare just as vivid as the last to the point that he would wake up in tears.

This nightmare would repeat over and over again, the same jet  the same crash, this process continued up until May 22.

It was at this point that David began to think this was more then just a horrible dream and that it may in fact happen sometime soon.

So he decided that if the dream accrued again he would try to remember as much detail about the location and the type of jet as he
could in hope's of possibly preventing a tragety. He had a strong filling that the plane was connected to American Airlines, one of the
busiest airplanes in the country at the time.

On the seventh night the dream came again..

After this David contacted The Federal Aviation Administration in Cincinnati, and recounted the event of the dream to Paul Williams the manager of the FAA .

Mr Williams thankfully took David's concerns seriously and ask for as much detail as he could remember, David at the moment unfortunately was only sure it was an American Airlines jet.

Williams proceeded to question David, asking for any detail he could remember, this process would yield more formation as David would go one to state that the jet had a total of 3 jet engines  one on each wing and  one on the tail it was then identified as a DC-10 Jet
but that was all they  could ascertain at the moment..

David would go on to have the same dream 3 more nights, becoming more and more stressed and concerned with each passing day.

It was becoming so bad that he eventually saute  out psychiatric help, believing he was starting to loose his mind.

In the meantime Paul Williams contacted several other airports and relaid Davis information, but the details of the crash and the type of jet and no expected date, time or location they were unable to do anything about it.
''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

The dream came again on the night of  May 25th 1979, however this time when he woke up David had an unsettling filling this would
be the last.

This was a mixed filling though as he felt relief that the nightmare may finally be over, he was also  worried  about the possible accident  waiting to occur.

Later that very same day at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport at 3:05 pm flight 191 a DC-10 jet took off for Los Angeles

All looked well at first the plane took off normally, then suddenly without warning it started to rotate and dive.

The plane was only airborne for a few moments before it started its plummet, sadly the crew was unable  regain control and the jet crashed in a field to the left of O'Hair Airport almost exactly as in Davids dreams.

The crash claimed the  lives of 2 individuals on the ground, the 13 man crew and all of the 258 passengers on board.

It was later discovered that the left wing engine had dislodged mid-flight and hit the rear of the plane severing the electric system and hydraulics in the process. The left wing slats became jammed and caused the right wing to lift tipping the plane and bringing it down.

5 days before Davids dream began this very plane had undergone a basic inspections  on May 11th with no existing problems found.

These records were somehow "lost" during or shortly after the investigation.

After hearing about the crash and subsequent lose of life, and blamed himself for not doing more to prevent it David nearly  suffered a nervous breakdown believing somehow  he could have or should have  done more to save all these people.

Shortly after the crash word got out about Davids dreams and warning's to the FAA, several newspaper's attempted to contact him.

He gave a handful of interviews, and afterwards all but disappeared from the spotlight....

For a long time the DC-10 Jet was viewed by many as structurally unsound, and had many accidents before this crash.

One of which was a 1974, Turkish airlines flight 891 that resulted in the death of 346 individuals.

Soon after the horrific crash of flight 191 the DC-10 Jet line was decommission and eventually phased out of service following
one more fatal crash in  October of the same year.

;;;;;;;

In another strange turn of events, it would seem that David was not the only one to have a troubling premonition about this flight.

Judy Wax, author and former playboy editor along with her husband unfortunately made there way on to the soon to be doomed jet..

Soon after the crash fans of her literary work noted that in her final book (Starting In The Middle) she wrote a line on page 191 expressing her fear of flying, the same number as the flight that would claim the life of her and her husband .

=======================
Another odd account comes from Lindsey Wagner (The Bionic Woman) ..

Lindsey and her mother had tickets for flight 191 heading back to California.
Wagner recounts that just before boarding the plane she  was overcome with nausea which she interpreted as a warning that the plane
was dangerous, she then convinced her mother not to board..

shorty after words they witnessed the tragic crash that claimed the lives of all aboard...
----------------------------------------
------------

So are dreams nothing more then our nigh time thoughts, or perhaps a gimps into another world or possibly even the future...

Pay close attention to your next dream you never know, it may just come true..

Real Life Stranger Things part 2 Pychic's...

...Real Life Stranger Things part 2 Psychic' s....

Psychic Solders

A person who's sole purpose  is to enact Assassination on any given target with seemingly Accidental or Natural Causes...

Government generated disinformation portrays the NSA as sort of protector, they gather information and data to insure  the safety of the American people.

In other words, electronic surveillance of foreign countries.  Although specifically bared from domestic surveillance of American citizens by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)
of 1978, the NSA has admitted to "limited" spying on American citizens.

Though illegal domestic spying on fellow American citizens is reprehensible, The NSA is involved in other illicit and far more vile activities that make electronic surveillance seem meaningless by comparison.

Over the years, there have been numerous newspaper articles as wall as other media reports, claiming American intelligence agencies have tried to use individuals with psychic abilities
 to spy on other nations.

The most well know one being project Stargate. Though in  every instance, the A,B,C agencies (CIA, FBI, NSA DOD) have claimed these efforts were all failed endeavors and that those projects had all been terminated.

Right....and the Government NEVER Lie's to The people......

Would the CIA, NSA, or DOD openly admit to failure and by extension millions in wasted tax dollars?

Especially when said projects are  connection to new forms
of counter intelligent and  espionage.

What better way to deflect public scrutiny away form some topic (or secret project), than to announce that after spending millions of dollars, no useful results were obtained.

The American government has a long history of using such misdirection ploys to hide its covert activities.

In point of fact, the American government has a very successful psychic espionage/warfare program.
It was initiated shortly after WWII, has been operational since the early 1950s, and is administered by the NSA.

The primary motivation for keeping this program so highly classified as side from gaining the underhand in combat/ assassination is  the underhanded and down right cruel
method's used to create these psychics solders.

Psychic Espionage is not merely relegated to the US, Russia and the KGB was heavily involved in paranormal research and psychic recruitment during the cold war

Other counters like Germany during the Nazi era and China in more recent decades has also done extensive work in psychic programs....

The us government routinely engages in the physical and mental abuse aswell as  unsanctioned and illegal medical experimentation, torture and outright murder of American children,
some less than six years old.  The rationale behind this?

To create a slave army of government controlled psychics ready too kill at a moments notice

The solders (both men and women) of this vast psychic army live and die at the whims of DNI (director of national intelligence) and NCA (national command authority).
Most of the sickening experimentation takes it lead from the research done  by former Nazi scientists that had been relocated to America  aftermath of WWII (under Operation Paperclip).

What do you think of when you hear the word's National security?

Dose the NSA really prioritize the protection of the American people from treats abroad ...

Many people just blindly follow what the government says Never questioning anything just obey, but to those with a more inquisitive nature i ask you What dose the phrase National Security"
really means.

As is the common answer it  means protecting the people and property belonging to the citizens of the united stats. (Or whatever Country your in)..

but...

However as far as the Government is concerned the term "national security" means the security of the government, not the security of the people.  And the National Security Agency (NSA)
is that part of the government tasked with keeping the government safe and secure.

Psychic abilities and or super powers...

History is full of super powered beings most people in modern times would assume these tales are nothing more the folklore , myth or out right fiction akin too modern Comic books
However every myth has at least some bases in reality..

Tales of Witches with unearthly powers moving objects without physical contact to prophets like  Cassandra of Troy, and the Pythia of Delphi in ancient times, even the work of Nostradamus and in  more recently times Edger Cayce....Psychics and their abilities can be found through out history, and continuing to the present day.

So you may be thinking to your self,,...why are there so few examples of truly gifted psychics?

One simple reason is Government agent's covering up any and all evidence of paranormal ability's add to this the lying government owned media covering up any pertinent information or story's
regarding psychic ability's, or perceived paranormal instances being relegated to simple hoaxes..

Many people with psychic ability's high enough to set them apart from everyone else usually see themselves as freaks and don't usually tell other's about there ability's
do to being seen as unnatural or weird..

Think in terms of the mutants in X-Men or  the Supers in The Incredible's shunned or hated for their ability's, simply put people with amazing powers are often feared by those that do not poses
such gifts...and human tolerance for things that are different is usually fairly low.

From a none psychic's prospective what chance would you have for job promotion, when the psychic co-worker can influence your boss, or what if that psychic individual could use some of the more
advanced  Abilities like  telekinesis (moving objects with the mind), pyrokinesis (ability to manipulate fire) would that really be someone you would want to anger..
Bottom line people fear what they dont understand and those with power (Not All of them) usually let that power go to their heads thinking they are somehow better then others..

Understandably real life would look a lot like the X-men / Incredibles the general public would undoubtedly begin to wonder if its such a good idea to let these individuals live,
let alone roam free your neighborhood.  Looking at the matter in another way, a certain amount of psychic ability (such as normal intuition) is accepted by society.  But anyone displaying
exceptional abilities will be quickly ostracized, if not outright killed for the greater good.

So how do you control a person who is able to walk through solid walls, or kill with a single thought?  A person who can see the future, and knows what you're about to say or do.
A person who can make you drink poison and enjoy the experience, or make you point a gun at your own head and pull the trigger.  someone that can influence the weather, start fires
with there mind (pyrokinesis), or blackout an entire city by touching an ordinary power pole (high level electrokinesis).

From a strictly military perspective, such a person would be  highly coveted and equally feared.

You may be wondering the to what lengths would a military orginazation or government official go, in order to guarantee  total  control over a psychic assist's ?  And more importantly, how will that
control be achieved?

Simple you turn the psychic's mind into a prison, and you make him or her both the prison guard, and the prisoner.

The first step is accomplished through the use of extreme physical and
psychological torture.

This causes massive dissociation, thereby splitting the mind into multiple personas (multiple personalities).

Psychoactive drugs are also administered during this step to heighten mental impact of the pain, thereby accelerating the process of mental splitting.  Next you train different personas to perform different tasks.

Then, you use ECT electro-convulsive-therapy (also known as electroshock treatment) to "lock in" the personas, and destroy any trace of recollection in the dominate personality of the now split off personas.  Finally, you do all of this to the psychic while he or she is still a child (under the age of 10). At this point, you have created the perfect psychic warrior.   Capable of committing any act, no matter how vile or self destructive, all under the absolute control of his or her handlers.
However, the physical injury, emotional scars, mental confusion, and spiritual rape inflicted on the hapless psychic child by this inhuman brutality, will last a lifetime... usually a relativity short life at that..

CIA NSA DOD, These organizations employ some of the best psychiatrists, psychologists and behavioral scientists  in the world.  They're also experts at interrogation and psychological warfare techniques.  Precisely the skill set required for building a psychic version of the Manchurian candidate.  But of course, mercilessly torturing innocent children goes well beyond the constitutional boundaries of acceptable government behavior, not to mention
violating local, state, federal, and international law.

The solution?  Use a secret presidential executive order (memorandum) to create a new intelligence agency that operates outside statutory law, congressional oversight, or constitutional limits.  In this way, the NSA was created by president Harry S. Truman in June of 1952, and for the first few years of its existence, remained so secret that even its name was classified.

A very odd beginning for an agency supposedly tasked with the mundane job of intercepting foreign communications, but the perfect disguise for a collection of amoral medical professionals and sadistic military thugs intent on turning innocent children into psychic weapons ...

The Governemnt use of  psychotronics:

Definition - Psychotronics:  The study of the interaction between matter, energy and the mind, especially the supposed relationship in Para-psychological effects.

Even with the brainwashing techniques previously described , deploying and controlling thousands of psychic slaves is still a rather daunting task.  The problem breaks down
into three major areas of concern.

 1) Security.  There is always the possibility that a psychic might get caught.  Or worse, might go rogue and escape his/her handlers.
Targeting.

2)Somehow the psychic must be introduced to, or made aware of and familiar with, his/her intended target.  A difficult task if the target is a foreign head of state or
high ranking military officer.

Psychic strength or ability.  Despite the use of intrauterine and neonatal hormone treatments  genetic variability still plays a large role in eventual psychic ability
exhibited by the child.  While certain psychoactive drugs could be used to boost psychic abilities, these also exacerbate problems 1 & 2 (above).

By the late 1950s (6-8 years into the secret NSA program), these three problem areas were starting to limit further expansion of what was otherwise proving to be, a very valuable adjunct
to the more conventional techniques of political propaganda (population control), espionage, and assassination.

A solution was sought, and eventually found.  By using a combination of microwave radiation, modulated with EEG (Electroencephalogram) brain waves of the psychic, and aimed at the desired
individual/location, it was no longer necessary for the assassin/spy/agent provocateur to be anywhere near his/her intended target.  Furthermore, the telecommunications industry could be
covertly enlisted to transport the modulated microwave signal to any remote location desired.

The NSA, an agency ostensibly tasked with intercepting foreign communications, is in fact, using the world wide telecommunications network to piggyback the brain waves of its psychic army...

Where first generation NSA psychics had to be deployed in the field.  Now they could be safely cloistered in purpose built facilities, with targeting accomplished by simply entering the
latitude and longitude coordinates into a local console tied to the psychotronics network.  Furthermore, even psychics with weaker innate abilities could be used since the psychotronics
network would amplify or boost their EEG brain waves to any desired level.  Psychotronics also allowed psychoactive drugs to be administered via IV (intravenous) drip.  This has several
very beneficial advantages.  First it allows psychic ability to be "fine tuned" to the mission profile.  Second, the use of psychoactive drugs to boost abilities means that weaker psychics
can be employed, thereby lowering the risk, should a psychic turn against his/her handlers.  Lastly, a (weaker) psychic that does manage to escape his or her handlers will be far
less dangerous to apprehend (once the psychoactive drugs wear off).  In summary, the use of psychotronics solved all three problem areas listed above, and facilitated continued expansion
 of the psychic warfare program.

Another interesting aspect of Psychotronics concerns what can be influenced through a Psychotronics channel.  At the present state of technology, only living things (plants, animals, humans, etc.)
can be influenced through a Psychotronics channel.  Influencing inanimate matter (telekinesis, pyrokinesis, electrokinesis, etc.) still requires the psychic to be located within a few
miles of the intended target.

As a side note, Harold Puthoff (National Security Agency 1960-1963), was one of the more notable contributors to the field of psychotronics, see Puthoff H & Targ R, "A perceptual channel
for information transfer over kilometer distances: Historical perspective and recent research", Proceedings of the IEEE, Vol 64, No 3, pp 329-354, March 1976.  However, some of this
IEEE paper and his 1970s SRI research were most lilky disinformation intended to draw attention away from his earlier work at the NSA.

NSA psychic Dorms / Cell's aka The Black Hole

NSA Black Hole building look's very similar to NSA Black window  building above

Its official name is classified, but those who work (and live) there simply call it "The Black Hole".

Located within the extensive 100 square mile confines of Marine Base Quantico, The Black Hole complex consists of a multi-story black glass building (similar to the NSA head quarters building
at Fort Mead, MD.), several separate underground dormitories, capable of accommodating several thousand psychics (plus their chaperones/handlers), and a number of above ground support
structures, including barracks for a Marine security contingent, several dormitories for psychic handlers, a multi-bed infirmary, and most surprisingly, an onsite crematorium.  The last is
necessary because even with the extreme security measures taken to ensure absolute  control over the psychics, there are still a significant number of, "accidents" on site It seems The Black
Hole is deserving of its name, since many who go in, never come out...

The black glass building roof has a multitude of large satellite dishes and oversized cooling units (psychotronics consumes lots of bandwidth and generates a large amount of heat,

The psychic dormitories include a central kitchen with walk-in freezers, coolers, and dry goods storage area, all connected to the surface by freight elevators that also serve as the access
points for marine security teams when there's an "incident" in one of the dormitories.  There is no dining room, the psychics are confined to their individual quarters, except when they're
involved in a mission.  Below the kitchen are several levels of psychic dormitories, stacked one on top of another, all tied together with elevators that require a magnetic stripe card and
access code to operate.  No elevator traverses more than one level.  Each dormitory level consists of a long central hallway, with branch corridors leading to the dormitory units.
Each dormitory unit consists of several floors of quarters with a live in "chaperone" on each floor.  There are security control doors on each psychic living quarters, and on the corridor
leading to the main hallway.

Each of these doors requires a magnetic stripe card and access code to operate.  Each live in chaperone quarters has a small panel with door status indicator
lights, and emergency call button to summon an armed Marine security team in case of an "accident".  If a Marine security team is summoned, they will shoot to kill, any psychic found out
of their quarters, any chaperone who is acting strangely, and even other security team members who start acting strange, or fail to follow orders, or who fail to precisely follow the
predetermined procedures.  Security within the psychic dormitories is a VERY serious matter...

Each psychic quarters consists of a living room, bed room, bath room with shower, and a kitchenette.  The living room has an access controlled TV.  The TV is not used for entertainment.
Rather it is used to condition the psychic with visual media, expressly selected for his or her specialty.  For instance a psychic specializing in influencing Russian emigrants or embassy
personnel will only watch shows in Russian language.  Conversely, a psychic assassin will be shown movies involving murder.  And a psychic who specializes in inducing their victims to
commit acts of pedophilia, will be shown pornographic movies involving underage children.  There is no behavior so vile, no crime so heinous, no deed so monstrous, that the NSA doesn't
already have a psychic warrior trained, and ready to induce some victim into performing the act.

Some psychics are so dangerous that an entire dormitory unit is used to house a single individual..

Along with The Black Hole, there is another major contingent of psychics housed in underground dormitories at NSA headquarters in Fort Meade Maryland.  There are also smaller facilities
(6 to 12 psychics) located on the outskirts of ALL major American cities, important military bases, and many political hot spots (northern Idaho for example).  These smaller facilities
are primarily used when a quick response is needed, and as a general rule, house less dangerous psychics (mind readers, thought/emotion changers, dream hijackers, etc.).
Many of the smaller facilities use a common building plan, consisting of a 2 or 3 story building masquerading as a commercial business.  The first floor is all office space, and acts as a ruse to hide the activities taking place on the second and third floors.  The three story version (12 psychics) will have a kitchen, multiple ops rooms, and dining/recreation area on the second floor.  The third floor consists of individual living quarters for the psychics and chaperones.  The two story version (6 psychics) combines the living quarters, ops rooms, kitchen, dining/recreation area into a single upper floor.  All smaller facilities have 2 or 3 oversized satellite dishes on the roof, generally mounted in such a way as to hide them from ground level observation.  The dishes are aimed south at the geo-synchronous satellite belt, and serve as the Psychotronics link.

Psychic Ops Team.

The Psychic:  This individual is at the core of the team.  Every one else on the team is there to support the psychic.  Some teams include more than one psychic.  For instance, a psychic
that is skilled at causing pain but unable to read minds, might be teamed up with another psychic who is skilled at reading minds but unable to do anything else.  Another useful team
consists of one psychic who is able to kill a target, and one (or more) psychic(s ) with defensive skills (able to shield the attacker from pain).  These teams are used to attack targets
that are protected by other psychics.

The Mission Coordinator:  Always male, and sometimes referred to as "The Suit" because of his clothing.  This person is the team leader.  He's receives mission orders from his superiors,
organizes the mission, and selects the appropriate psychics to carry out the operation.  He also does the post mission paperwork, and reports mission results back to his superiors.
Like the psychics, the suit has also undergone trauma based programming  He carries a concealed hand gun (with silencer), and is programmed (hard wired) to kill the psychic
and then himself, if he feels any intrusion into his mind.  For security reasons, psychics are trained never to look at the face of the suit.

The Biomedical Technician:  Also known as the "Bio Tech".  This team member sits next to, and monitors the psychic warrior.  The bio tech also administers the psychoactive drugs used
to boost the psychic's mental abilities.  Many Bio Techs flunked out of medical school or served as field medics in the Army.

The Communications Technician:  Also known as the "Comm. Tech".  This individual is responsible for monitoring the psychotronics console making sure the connection between
psychic and target is accurate and stable.  A sizeable number of Comm. Techs are convicted computer hackers.

While the psychics and suits live on-site, techs are civilian contractors and commute to work.

A day in the life of a psychic spy/ assassin

The Black Hole operates on a 24/7 basis.  So the terms "morning", "afternoon", or "night" are relative, and bear no relation to the actual time in Quantico.  NSA psychics live
in an underground maze of rooms, elevators, and hallways, never seeing the light of day.

Morning starts with a visit from the chaperon, who administers a stimulant drug injection to counteract the sedative, administered by injection just before bedtime, the night before.
The psychic is then left to shower use the toilet and generally wake up, while the chaperone administers stimulants to his/her other charges.  Next comes breakfast, delivered by electric
golf cart from the central kitchen, and distributed by the chaperone to each of the psychics, who eat alone in their quarters.  The food is very good.  It must have high nutritional value to
help mitigate physiological damage caused by the steady cocktail of drugs given to the psychics on a daily basis.  Along with breakfast are several pills, taken to counteract the long term
liver and kidney damage resulting from the metabolic breakdown products of psychoactive drugs.

Most day's the psychic's morning is spent watching TV show's, specifically targeted at each psychic's special abilities.  Occasionally, as a special treat, they are allowed to watch a movie.

Often, it's a Disney animated movie.  Remember, these psychics have the mind of a child, even though some of  they are full grown adults.  They were never allowed to mature mentally, since that would just make them more dangerous and harder to handle.  Some, depending on how their abilities are used, can't even read.  Most  of them can write or do simple math.  As another example, most of
the psychic assassins have no idea what death is, and no knowledge whatsoever of right and wrong.  They just do as they're told...

At noon they are given lunch by the chaperone, again with more pills.  This time to help prepare them for their afternoon mission.  Many of these pills are designed to act as metabolic
buffers against deleterious physical side effects of the strong psychoactive drugs employed during their mission.  Depending on the nature and/or duration of the mission, lunch will be their
last meal of the day, since after the mission, the psychic may not be able to eat any solid food without vomiting for the next 6 to 12 hours.

When its time, the chaperone hands the psychic over to The Suit who walks with him/her to a nearby briefing room.  The suit starts by giving the psychic a candy bar, laced with yet
more drugs.  These drugs are designed to enhance memory and engender a friendly rapport with the suit, thereby making it less likely the psychic will turn against him during the mission.
Next, the suit shows the psychic photographs of the target, and explains the mission details.  If the psychic is going to speak into the targets mind, the suit has the psychic memorize the
exact phrases to be used.  Once the suit is satisfied the psychic understands the mission, they proceed to an ops room, where the actual mission will be carried out.  In the ops room, the
psychic is seated in a reclining padded chair, and the suit loads targeting coordinates into the psychotronics console.

After the psychotronics console indicates proper targeting has been achieved, the suit calls in the other team members (comm. tech & bio tech.  The bio tech straps the psychic
into the chair, attaches the EEG head band and heart monitor wires, inserts an IV needle into the psychic's arm, and starts an IV drip.  Next the bio tech uses a syringe to push the first
dose of psychoactive drugs into the IV line, thereby boosting the psychic into the heightened mental state required to complete his/her mission.  Meanwhile, the comm. tech is monitoring both
the target's heart beat and psychic's heart beat.  When these are synchronized, the psychic is in deep mental contact with the target, and the mission begins.  As the mission proceeds, the
suit issues commands to the psychic and technicians to modify mission parameters as required to complete a successful operation.

Once the mission is completed, the comm. tech severs the psychotronics connection, and the bio tech injects a psychoactive antidote into the IV drip line, thereby bringing the psychic back
to some semblance of a normal mind state.  Next, the biomedical technician removes the EEG head band and heart monitor wires, un-straps the psychic

When the psychic is able to walk,
the suit takes him/her back to the dormitory and hands them over to the chaperone.  At this point, it's the chaperone's responsibility to stabilize the psychic with still more drugs, feed them
if they are able to eat, and then put them to sleep with an injection of sedatives.

The average psychic starts work in The Black Hole at age 17.
By age 30, few are left alive...

Real Life Stranger Things......

This Will be my last post  for a while, i was hoping too keep update this blog on a weekly bases, but life and work come first so my post from here on out will be more or less sporadic, thank you too  everyone that enjoys reading my blog and about the paranormal i hope you all like these post and have a great day..

Also happy early 4TH of July to everyone in the states :)

Stranger Things is stranger then you think......

Life in the 80's and 90's was a much simpler time, no internet no cell phones but a looot of bike riding
mall rats and arcades... good times

So how about a slice of paranormal inspired nostalgia?.. :)

Well the 4th of July is almost here, and for most of us at least those of us in the U.S. that means
BBQ / picnics and Fireworks, but this year it also means the long awaited return of the Netflix supernatural hit series  Stranger Things.

For those of you that have never seen this show i highly recommend it, its an interesting series.

The show is an 80's style action adventure supernatural series focused on a group of  kid's dealing with the disappearance of one of there
friends but they soon find that life isn't all waffles and DnD...

(SPOILER'S AHEAD FOR SEASON 1 if you haven't seen it yet....)

Unbeknownst to our rage tag group of pre-teen heroes there missing friend Will is actually stuck in an alternate dimension know as the Upside Down, a sort of shadow reality that parallel our own but filed with terrifying monsters trying too make there way into
our  reality..

Later we are introduced to an odd girl that is as powerful as she is quiet .... seriously  though she hardly says anything in the first season lol, Her name is 11 / Eleven (played by Millie Bobby Brown) and she was a captive research subject / prisoner of the government and one of the main subjects of an unethical government run psychic program related to MK Ultra.

In the show Eleven is a powerful psychic that manages to escape her handlers and gain freedom and friends for the first time in her life ..

In reality the fate of MK Ultra victims were far darker,... many of whom we will likely never even know there true fates as the program  was highly secretive the government in particular the CIA went to great lengths to maintain security on the program even going as far as destroying more then 70,000 documents related to the project

MKULTRA focuses mostly on creating new forms of mind control and secret / sleeper agents via altered personality's or massive drug use and suggestion, a  lot of the CIA mind altering experiments were continuations of nazi research (mostly torture both physical and mental) as a means of creating a split in the psychs resulting in a alternate personality that can be given an order or task that will be foe filled with out the primary personality being aware of there actions giving plausible deniability or lack of responsibility
on the governments part.

They also hoped to create psychic assassins, people that would be capable of neutralizing a target without visible or conventional means, telepathic command to commit suicide, or telekineticly  stopping a persons heart or bursting an artery all plausible and natural  cases of death that wouldn't be linked back to any one group of politician ..

The MKUltra and MKNAOMI  projects were officially discontinued, though that dose not guaranty that they were actually stopped Children where often the largest group in the mk ultra experiments, and today in the us there are thousands of missing kid's each and every year that are never seen again however adults go missing on a fairly large scale as well, check out
David Paulides book the missing 411 he has compiled a lot of interesting cases

The Government CIA, NSA, DOD , DARPA ect these and more have carried ot hundred's of morally dubious and often illegal human experiments over the years and undoubtedly
still have active and ongoing programs to this day ..

Declassified MKUltra documents

Project MKUltra, also called the CIA mind control program, is the code name given to a program of experiments on human subjects that were designed and undertaken by the United States Central
Intelligence Agency  were, at times, illegal human Experiments with the intent of  developing new drugs and procedures to be used during interrogations in order
to mentaly weaken the individual and force confessions through mind control. The project was organized through the Office of Scientific Intelligence of the CIA and coordinated with
the U.S. Army Biological Warfare Laboratories.

The MKULTRA program  was officially sanctioned in 1953, later reduced in scope in 1964, further curtailed in 1967, and reportedly halted in 1973. The program engaged in many illegal activities,
including the use of U.S. and Canadian citizens as its unwitting test subjects, which led to controversy regarding its legitimacy.

MKULTRA used various methods to manipulate people's mental states and alter brain functions, including  administrating various drugs (especially LSD) and other  chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal, physical and sexual abuse, and other forms of torture.

The full scope of Project MKUltra was broad with research undertaken at as many as 80 institutions possibly more, including colleges and universities, hospitals, prisons, and pharmaceutical
companies. The CIA operated through these institutions using front organizations, although sometimes top officials at these institutions were aware of the CIA's involvement.

The  MKUltra program was first brought to public attention in 1975 by the Church Committee of the United States Congress and Gerald Ford's United States President's Commission on CIA activities
within the United States. Investigative efforts were hampered by the fact that CIA Director Richard Helms ordered all MKUltra files to be destroyed in 1973; the Church Committee and Rockefeller
Commission investigations relied on the sworn testimony of direct participants and on the relatively small number of documents that survived Helms's destruction order.
In 1977, a Freedom of Information Act request uncovered a cache of 20,000 documents relating to project MKUltra which led to Senate hearings later that year.
Some surviving information regarding MKUltra was declassified in July 2001.

In December 2018, declassified documents included a letter to an unidentified doctor discussing work
on six dogs made to run, turn and stop via remote control and brain implants.

Sidney Gottlieb approved of an MKUltra sub-project on LSD in a letter dated June 9, 1953.

The project's intentionally obscure CIA cryptonym is made up of the digraph MK, meaning that the project was sponsored by the agency's Technical Services Staff, followed by the word Ultra
which had previously been used to designate the most secret classification of World War II intelligence. Other related cryptonyms include Project MKNAOMI and Project MKDELTA.

The project was headed by Sidney Gottlieb but began on the order of CIA director Allen Welsh Dulles on April 13, 1953. Its aim was to develop mind-controlling drugs for use against
the Soviet bloc in response to alleged Soviet, Chinese, and North Korean use of mind control techniques on U.S. prisoners of war during the Korean War.  The CIA wanted to use similar
methods on their own captives, and was interested in manipulating foreign leaders with such techniques, devising several schemes to drug Fidel Castro. It often conducted experiments
without the subjects' knowledge or consent.  In some cases, academic researchers were funded through grants from CIA front company's  but were unaware that the CIA was using their
work for these purposes.

The project attempted to produce a perfect truth drug for interrogating suspected Soviet spies during the Cold War, and to explore other possibilities of mind control. Sub-Project 54 was the Navy's top-secret "Perfect Concussion" program, which was supposed to use sub-aural frequency blasts to erase memory; the program was allegedly never carried out.

Most MKUltra records were destroyed in 1973 by order of CIA director Richard Helms, so it was difficult for investigators to gain a complete understanding of the more than 150 funded
research sub projects sponsored by MKUltra and other CIA  related protects.

MKULTRA  began during a period of what Rupert Cornwell described as "paranoia" at the CIA, when the U.S. had lost its nuclear monopoly and fear of Communism was at its height.
CIA counter-intelligence chief James Jesus Angleton believed that a mole had penetrated the organization at the highest levels.

The agency poured millions of dollars into studies examining ways to influence and control the mind and to enhance its ability to extract information from resistant subjects during interrogation.
Some historians assert that one goal of MKUltra and related CIA projects was to create a "Manchurian Candidate"-style subject. Alfred McCoy has claimed that the CIA attempted to focus
media attention on these sorts of "ridiculous" programs so that the public would not look at the research's primary goal, which was effective methods of interrogation.

One 1955 MKUltra document gives a better look on the full scope of this project and the illicit drug's being used.

A list of desired mind-altering substances is described as follows...

A knockout pill which can be surreptitiously administered in drinks, food, cigarettes, as an aerosol, etc., which will be safe to use, provide a maximum of amnesia,
and be suitable for use by agent types on an ad hoc basis.
Materials which will cause temporary/permanent brain damage and loss of memory.
Materials which will promote the intoxicating effect of alcohol.
Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public.
Substances which increase the efficiency of mentation and perception.
Materials which will cause the victim to age faster/slower in maturity.
Materials which will produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way so they may be used for malingering, etc.
Substances which will enhance the ability of individuals to withstand privation, torture, and coercion during interrogation and so-called "brain-washing".
Materials and physical methods which will produce amnesia for events preceding and during their use.
Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.
Substances which produce physical disablement such as paralysis of the legs, acute anemia, etc.
Substances which will produce a chemical that can cause blisters.
Substances which alter personality structure in such a way the tendency of the recipient to become dependent upon another person is enhanced.
A material which will cause mental confusion of such a type the individual under its influence will find it difficult to maintain a fabrication under questioning.
Substances which will lower the ambition and general working efficiency of men when administered in undetectable amounts.
Substances which promote weakness or distortion of the eyesight or hearing, preferably without permanent effects if possible.

The 1976 Church Committee report found that, in the MKDELTA program, "Drugs were used primarily as an aid to interrogations, but MKULTRA/MKDELTA materials were also used for harassment,
discrediting, or disabling purposes."

In 1964, MKSEARCH was the name given to the continuation of the MKULTRA program. The MKSEARCH program was divided into two projects dubbed MKOFTENand MKCHICKWIT. Funding for MKSEARCH
began in 1965, and ended in 1971.  It was a joint project between The U.S. Army Chemical Corps and the CIA's Office of Research and Development to find new
offensive-use agents, with a focus on incapacitating oppratives. Its purpose was to develop, test, and evaluate capabilities in the covert use of biological, chemical, and radioactive
material systems and techniques of producing predictable human behavioral and/or physiological changes in support of highly sensitive operational requirements.

By March 1971 over 26,000 potential agents had been acquired for future screening.  The CIA was interested in bird migration patterns for CBW research; subproject 139 designated
"Bird Disease Studies" at Penn State.

MKOFTEN was to deal with testing and toxicological transitivity and behavioral effects of drugs in animals and, ultimately, humans.

MKCHICKWIT was concerned with acquiring information on new drug developments in Europe and Asia, and with acquiring samples.

CIA documents suggest that they investigated "chemical, biological, and radiological" methods of mind control as part of MKUltra. They spent an estimated $10 million or ,
roughly $87.5 million by today's standards after  inflation.

...LSD...

Early CIA efforts focused on LSD-25, which later came to dominate many of MKUltra's programs. The CIA wanted to know if they could make Soviet spies defect against their will
and whether the Soviets could do the same to the CIA's own operatives.

Once Project MKUltra got underway in April 1953, experiments included administering LSD to mental patients, prisoners, drug addicts, and sex workers—"people who could not fight back,"
as one agency officer put it. In one case, they administered LSD to a mental patient in Kentucky for 174 days. They also administered LSD to CIA employees, military personnel,
doctors, other government agents, and members of the general public to study their reactions. LSD and other drugs were often administered without the subject's knowledge or informed
consent, a violation of the Nuremberg Code the U.S. had agreed to follow after World War II. The aim of this was to find drugs which would bring out deep confessions or wipe a subject's
mind clean and program him or her as "a robot agent."

In Operation Midnight Climax, the CIA set up several brothels within agency safehouses in San Francisco, California, to obtain a selection of men who would be too embarrassed to talk about
the events. The men were dosed with LSD, the brothels were equipped with one-way mirrors, and the sessions were filmed for later viewing and study.  In other experiments where people were
given LSD without their knowledge, they were interrogated under bright lights with doctors in the background taking notes. They told subjects they would extend their "trips" if they refused
to reveal their secrets. The people under this interrogation were CIA employees, U.S. military personnel, and agents suspected of working for the other side in the Cold War. Long-term
debilitation and several deaths resulted from this. Heroin addicts were bribed into taking LSD with offers of more heroin.

At the invitation of Stanford psychology graduate student Vik Lovell, an acquaintance of Richard Alpert and Allen Ginsberg, Ken Kesey volunteered to take part in what turned out to
be a CIA-financed study under the aegis of MKUltra, at the Menlo Park Veterans' Hospital where he worked as a night aide. The project studied the effects of psychoactive drugs,
particularly LSD, psilocybin, mescaline, cocaine, AMT, and DMT on people.

The Office of Security used LSD in interrogations, but Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, the chemist who directed MKUltra, had other ideas: he thought it could be used in covert operations. Since
its effects were temporary, he believed one could give it to high-ranking officials and in this way affect the course of important meetings, speeches, etc. Since he realized there was a
difference in testing the drug in a laboratory and using it in clandestine operations, he initiated a series of experiments where LSD was given to people in "normal" settings without
warning. At first, everyone in Technical Services tried it; a typical experiment involved two people in a room where they observed each other for hours and took notes. As the
experimentation progressed, a point arrived where outsiders were drugged with no explanation
whatsoever and surprise acid trips became something of an occupational hazard among
CIA operatives. Adverse reactions often occurred, such as an operative who received the drug in his morning coffee, became psychotic and ran across Washington, seeing a monster
in every car passing him. The experiments continued even after Dr. Frank Olson, an Army chemist who had not taken LSD before,
went into deep depression after a surprise trip and later fell from a thirteenth story window.

Some subjects' participation was consensual, and in these cases they appeared to be singled out for even more extreme experiments. In one case, seven volunteers in Kentucky were given
LSD for seventy-seven consecutive days.

MKUltra's researchers later dismissed LSD as too unpredictable in its results. They gave up on the notion that LSD was "the secret that was going to unlock the universe," but it still had
a place in the cloak-and-dagger arsenal. However, by 1962 the CIA and the army developed a series of super hallucinogens such as the highly-touted BZ, which was thought to hold greater
promise as a mind control weapon. This resulted in the withdrawal of support by many academics and private researchers, and LSD research became less of a priority altogether.
Other drugs

Another technique investigated was the intravenous administration of a barbiturate into one arm and an amphetamine into the other.  The barbiturates were released into the person first,
and as soon as the person began to fall asleep, the amphetamines were released. The person would begin babbling incoherently, and it was sometimes possible to ask questions and get useful
 answers.

Other experiments involved heroin, morphine, temazepam (used under code name MKSEARCH), mescaline, psilocybin, scopolamine, cannabis, alcohol, and sodium pentothal.
Hypnosis

Declassified MKUltra documents also indicate the  studied use of hypnosis in the early 1950s. Experimental goals included: the creation of "hypnotically induced anxieties",
"hypnotically increasing ability to learn and recall complex written matter", studying hypnosis and polygraph examinations, "hypnotically increasing ability to
observe and recall complex arrangements of physical objects", and studying "relationship of personality to susceptibility to hypnosis." They conducted experiments
with drug-induced hypnosis and with anterograde and retrograde amnesia while under the influence of such drugs. Experiments on Canadians Donald Ewen Cameron c.1967

The CIA as also busy North of the border (Canada) One notable  recruit was British psychiatrist Donald Ewen Cameron,  creator of the "psychic driving" concept, which the CIA found
interesting.

Cameron had been hoping to  finad a cure for schizophrenia by erasing existing memories and reprogramming the psyche. He commuted from Albany, New York, to Montreal every week to work at the Allan Memorial Institute of McGill University and was paid $69,000 from 1957 to 1964 (which would be over  $600,000 USD in cash  today, in order to carry out MKUltra experiments there,
Also known as The Montreal experiments.

These research funds were sent to Dr. Cameron by a CIA front organization, the Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology, and as shown in internal
CIA documents, Cameron did not know the money came from the CIA.  In addition to LSD, Cameron also experimented with various paralytic drugs as well as electroconvulsive therapy at
thirty to forty times the normal power. His "driving" experiments consisted of putting subjects into drug-induced comas for weeks at a time (up to three months in one case) while playing
tape loops of noise or simple repetitive statements. His experiments were often carried on patients who entered the institute for minor problems such as anxiety disorders and postpartum
depression, many of whom suffered permanent effects from his actions.

His treatments resulted in  victims' incontinence, amnesia, forgetting how to talk, forgetting their parents, and thinking their interrogators were their parents.

His work was inspired and paralleled by the British psychiatrist William Sargant at St Thomas' Hospital, London, and Belmont Hospital, Surrey, who was also involved in the Intelligence
Services and who experimented on his patients without their consent, causing similar long-term damage.  In the 1980s, several of Cameron's former patients sued the CIA for damages,
which the Canadian news program The Fifth Estate documented.

Their experiences and lawsuit was made into a 1998 television miniseries called The Sleep Room, check that out if you get a chance....

During this era, Cameron became known worldwide as the first chairman of the World Psychiatric Association as well as president of the American and Canadian psychiatric associations.
Cameron was also a member of the Nuremberg medical tribunal in 1946–47.

Naomi Klein argues in her book The Shock Doctrine Cameron's research and his contribution to the MKUltra project was not about mind control and brainwashing, but about designing
"a scientifically based system for extracting information from 'resistant sources.' In other words, torture."  Alfred W. McCoy writes "Stripped of its bizarre excesses, Dr. Cameron's
experiments, building upon Donald O. Hebb's earlier breakthrough, laid the scientific foundation for the CIA's two-stage psychological torture method," which refers to first creating a
state of disorientation in the subject, and then second creating a situation of "self-inflicted" discomfort in which the disoriented subject can alleviate their pain by capitulating.[
Revelation Frank Church headed the Church Committee, an investigation into the practices of the US intelligence agencies.

In 1973, The  government was n a full blown panic  during the  Watergate scandle, CIA Director Richard Helms ordered all MKUltra files destroyed. Pursuant to this order, most CIA
documents regarding the project were destroyed, effectively destroying and  hope of ever getting justice for the victims  and forcing those responsible to pay for their crimes..

The destruction of thousands of  vital documents  means a full investigation of MKUltra is impossible, however a large cache of file roughly  20,000 documents somehow survived Helms purge,as thankfully they had been incorrectly stored in a financial  records building and were discovered following a (Freedom of Information Act ) or FOIA request in 1977. These documents were fully investigated during the Senate Hearings of 1977.

In December 1974, The New York Times alleged that the CIA had conducted illegal domestic activities, including experiments on U.S. citizens, during the 1960s.
That report prompted investigations by the U.S. Congress, in the form of the Church Committee, and by a commission known as the Rockefeller Commission that looked into the illegal
domestic activities of the CIA, the FBI, and intelligence-related agencies of the military.

In the summer of 1975, congressional Church Committee reports and the presidential Rockefeller Commission report revealed to the public for the first time that the CIA and the
Department of Defense had conducted experiments on both unwitting and cognizant human subjects as part of an extensive program to find out how to influence and control human
behavior through the use of psychoactive drugs such as LSD and mescaline and other chemical, biological, and psychological means. They also revealed that at least one subject,
Frank Olson had died after administration of LSD. Much of what the Church Committee and the Rockefeller Commission learned about MKUltra was contained in a report, prepared
by the Inspector General's office in 1963, that had survived the destruction of records ordered in 1973.  However, it contained little detail. Sidney Gottlieb, who had retired
from the CIA two years previously, was interviewed by the committee but claimed to have very little recollection of the activities of MKUltra.

The congressional committee investigating the CIA research, chaired by Senator Frank Church, concluded that "prior consent was obviously not obtained from any of the subjects".
The committee noted that the "experiments sponsored by these researchers ... call into question the decision by the agencies not to fix guidelines for experiments."

Following the recommendations of the Church Committee, President Gerald Ford in 1976 issued the first Executive Order on Intelligence Activities which, among other things, prohibited
"experimentation with drugs on human subjects, except with the informed consent, in writing and witnessed by a disinterested party, of each such human subject" and in accordance with
the guidelines issued by the National Commission. Subsequent orders by Presidents Carter and Reagan expanded the directive to apply to any human experimentation.
1977 United States Senate report on MKUltra

In 1977, during a hearing held by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, to look further into MKUltra, Admiral Stansfield Turner, then Director of Central Intelligence, revealed that
the CIA had found a set of records, consisting of about 20,000 pages,[citation needed] that had survived the 1973 destruction orders because they had been incorrectly stored at a records
center not usually used for such documents. These files dealt with the financing of MKUltra projects and contained few project details, but much more was learned from them than from
 the Inspector General's 1963 report.

On the Senate floor in 1977, Senator Ted Kennedy said

The Deputy Director of the CIA revealed that over thirty universities and institutions were involved in an "extensive testing and experimentation" program which included covert drug tests
on unwitting citizens "at all social levels, high and low, native Americans and foreign." Several of these tests involved the administration of LSD to "unwitting subjects in social situations.

At least one death, the result of the defenestration of Dr. Frank Olson, was attributed to Olson's being subjected, unaware, to such experimentation, nine days before his death. The CIA itself
subsequently acknowledged that these tests had little scientific rationale. The agents conducting the monitoring were not qualified scientific observers.

In Canada, the issue took much longer to surface, becoming widely known in 1984 on a CBC news show, The Fifth Estate. It was learned that not only had the CIA funded Dr. Cameron's efforts,
but also that the Canadian government was fully aware of this, and had later provided another $500,000 in funding to continue the experiments. This revelation largely derailed efforts by the
victims to sue the CIA as their U.S. counterparts had, and the Canadian government eventually settled out of court for $100,000 to each of the 127 victims. Dr. Cameron died on September 8, 1967
after suffering a heart attack while he and his son were mountain climbing. None of Cameron's personal records of his involvement with MKUltra survived, since his family destroyed them after
 his death.

1994 U.S. General Accounting Office report

The U.S. General Accounting Office issued a report on September 28, 1994, which stated that between 1940 and 1974, DOD (Department of Defense)and other national security agencies studied
thousands of human subjects in tests and experiments involving hazardous substances.

The quote from the study

Working with the CIA, the Department of Defense gave hallucinogenic drugs to thousands of "volunteer" soldiers in the 1950s and 1960s. In addition to LSD, the Army also tested quinuclidinyl
benzilate, a hallucinogen code-named BZ.

Many of these tests were conducted under the so-called MKULTRA program, established to counter perceived Soviet and Chinese advances in
brainwashing techniques. Between 1953 and 1964, the program consisted of 149 projects involving drug testing and other studies on unwitting human subjects

Deaths

Given the CIA's purposeful destruction of most records, its failure to follow informed consent protocols with thousands of participants, the uncontrolled nature of the experiments,
and the lack of follow-up data, the full impact of MKUltra experiments, including deaths, may never be known.

Several known deaths have been associated with Project MKUltra, most notably that of Frank Olson. Olson was United States Army biochemist and biological weapons researcher, whom was given
LSD without his knowledge or consent in November, 1953, as part of a CIA experiment and committed suicide by jumping out of a window a week later. A CIA doctor assigned to monitor
Olson claimed to have been asleep in another bed in a New York City hotel room when Olson exited the window and fell thirteen stories to his death. In 1953, Olson's death was described
as a suicide that had occurred during a severe psychotic episode. The CIA's own internal investigation concluded that the head of MKUltra, CIA chemist Sidney Gottlieb, had conducted the
LSD experiment with Olson's prior knowledge, although neither Olson nor the other men taking part in the experiment were informed as to the exact nature of the drug until some 20 minutes
after its ingestion. The report further suggested that Gottlieb was nonetheless due a reprimand, as he had failed to take into account Olson's already-diagnosed suicidal tendencies,
which might have been exacerbated by the LSD.

The Olson family disputes the official version of events. They maintain that Frank Olson was murdered because during in the aftermath of this LSD experience, he had become a security
risk who might divulge state secrets associated with highly classified CIA programs, about many of which he had direct personal knowledge.  A few days before his death, Frank Olson quit
his position as acting chief of the Special Operations Division at Detrick, Maryland (later Fort Detrick) because of a severe moral crisis concerning the nature of his biological weapons
research. Among Olson's concerns were the development of assassination materials used by the CIA, the CIA's use of biological warfare materials in covert operations, experimentation with
biological weapons in populated areas, collaboration with former Nazi scientists under Operation Paperclip, LSD mind-control research, and the use of psychoactive drugs during "terminal"
interrogations under a program code-named Project ARTICHOKE.  Later forensic evidence conflicted with the official version of events; when Olson's body was exhumed in 1994, cranial
injuries indicated that Olson had been knocked unconscious before he exited the window.
The medical examiner termed Olson's death a "homicide".  In 1975, Olson's family received a $750,000 settlement from the U.S. government and formal apologies from President Gerald
Ford and CIA Director William Colby, though their apologies were limited to informed consent issues concerning Olson's ingestion of LSD.  On 28 November 2012, the Olson family
filed suit against the U.S. federal government for the wrongful death of Frank Olson.

A 2010 book by H. P. Albarelli Jr. alleged that the 1951 Pont-Saint-Esprit mass poisoning was part of MKDELTA, that Olson was involved in that event, and that he was eventually murdered
by the CIA.  However, other alleged sources attribute the incident to ergot poisoning through a local bakery.

The revelations about the CIA and the US Army prompted a number of subjects or their survivors to file lawsuits against the federal government for conducting experiments without informed consent.
Although the government aggressively, and sometimes successfully, sought to avoid legal liability, several plaintiffs did receive compensation through court order, out-of-court settlement,
or acts of Congress. Frank Olson's family received $750,000 by a special act of Congress, and both President Ford and CIA director William Colby met with Olson's family to apologize publicly.

Previously, the CIA and the Army had actively and successfully sought to withhold incriminating information, even as they secretly provided compensation to the families. One subject of
Army drug experimentation, James Stanley, an Army sergeant, brought an important, albeit unsuccessful, suit. The government argued that Stanley was barred from suing under a legal
doctrine—known as the Feres doctrine, after a 1950 Supreme Court case, Feres v. United States—that prohibits members of the Armed Forces from suing the government for any harms that
were inflicted  during active duty or "incident to service."

In 1987, the Supreme Court affirmed this defense in a 5–4 decision that dismissed Stanley's case: United States v. Stanley.[86] The majority argued that "a test for liability that depends on
the extent to which particular suits would call into question military discipline and decision making would itself require judicial inquiry into, and hence intrusion upon, military matters."
In dissent, Justice William Brennan argued that the need to preserve military discipline should not protect the government from liability and punishment for serious violations of constitutional
rights.

The medical trials at Nuremberg in 1947 deeply impressed upon the world that experimentation with unknowing human subjects is morally and legally unacceptable. The United States Military
Tribunal established the Nuremberg Code as a standard against which to judge German scientists who experimented with human subjects....  in defiance of this principle, military intelligence
officials ... began surreptitiously testing chemical and biological materials, including LSD. on US citizens and military personal, some of these test were conducted or overseen by
former nazi scientists, thanks to Operation Paper Clip a large number of German scientist avoided prosecution in Nuremberg and were given immunity in order to continue  their work on biological,
chemical and rocket related projects in the US.

One such place is the former Plum Island research lab located off the coast of Long Island, New York. It was used as a military base during the Spanish-American war and in 1954 was turned into a government animal disease center.

The center was established to study foot-and-mouth disease in cattle, a highly contagious disease that is rare in humans but can ravage farms and the livestock industry. While the center was run by the United States Department of Agriculture, in 2002 during talks of selling the island it was transferred to the United States Department of Homeland Security. The reason some believe Lyme disease escaped Plum Island is because the island is located just a few miles off the coast of Lyme, Connecticut, which is where the first outbreak of Lyme was observed in 1975

Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, writing a separate dissent, stated:

No judicially crafted rule should insulate from liability the involuntary and unknowing human experimentation alleged to have occurred in this case. Indeed, as Justice Brennan observes,
the United States played an instrumental role in the criminal prosecution of Nazi officials who experimented with human subjects during the Second World War, and the standards that the
Nuremberg Military Tribunals developed to judge the behavior of the defendants stated that the 'voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential ... to satisfy moral, ethical,
and legal concepts.' If this principle is violated, the very least that society can do is
to see that the victims are compensated, as best they can be, by the perpetrators.

In another lawsuit, Wayne Ritchie, a former United States Marshal, after hearing about the project's existence in 1990, alleged the CIA laced his food or drink with LSD at a 1957 Christmas party
which resulted in his attempting to commit a robbery at a bar and his subsequent arrest. While the government admitted it was, at that time, drugging people without their consent,
U.S. District Judge Marilyn Hall Patel found Ritchie could not prove he was one of the victims of MKUltra or that LSD caused his robbery attempt and dismissed the case in 2007.

CIA and the end of MKULTRA?????

Aftr his retirement in 1972, Gottlieb dismissed his entire effort for the CIA's MKUltra program as useless. The CIA insists that MKUltra-type experiments have been abandoned,
although Canadian investigative journalist Elizabeth Nickson (whose mother had been a subject) claims that they continue today under a different set of acronyms. Victor Marchetti,
who had held several positions at the CIA before resigning in 1969, stated in 1992 that the CIA routinely conducted disinformation campaigns and that CIA mind control research continued.
He called the claim that the program had been abandoned a cover story.

PROJECT MKNAOMI

After MKULTRA the CIA created numerous other side projects one of the more well known ones was project MKNAOMI.

MKNAOMI was the code name for a joint operation between the (DoD) Department of Defense and the CIA, the research program lasting from the 1950s through the 1970s. Unclassified information
about the MKNAOMI program and the  related Special Operations Division is scarce. It is generally reported to be a successor to the MKULTRA project and to have focused on biological projects
including biological warfare agents—specifically, to store materials that could either incapacitate or kill a test subject and to develop devices for the diffusion of such materials.

During the first twenty years of its establishment, the CIA engaged in various projects designed to increase U.S. biological and chemical warfare capabilities. Project MKNAOMI was
initiated to provide the CIA with a covert support base to meet its top-secret operational requirements. The purpose was to establish a robust arsenal within the CIA's
Technical Services Division (TSD) of various lethal and incapacitating materials. This would enable the TSD to serve as a highly maintained center for the circulation of
biological and chemical materials.

In the midst of the Cold War the US government enlisted multiple programs aimed an mass mind control, one method was the use of subliminal messages placed in TV ad's, and
during the brodcast of the US National Anthem..

Surveillance, testing, upgrading, and the evaluation of special materials and items were also provided by MKNAOMI so as to ensure that no defects and unwanted contingencies emerged during
operational conditions. for using biological agents against other animals and crops

For these purposes the U.S. Army's Special Operations Command (SOC) was assigned to assist the CIA in the development, testing, and maintenance procedures for the
biological agents and delivery systems (1952). Both the CIA and SOC also modified guns that fired special darts coated with biological agents and various poisonous pills. The darts would
incapacitate guard dogs, infiltrate the area that the dogs were guarding, and then awaken the dogs upon exiting the facility.

In addition to mind control and chemical weapons programs the CIA was also involved in parasychology/ psychic research, as well as  Radionic and sonic weapons development  similar
methods were  used by the KGB at the time.

The full scope of the CIA's unethical research and the long term damage to it's victims may never be known as so much information was ether destroyed or remains classified to this day.

For those of you interested in urban exploration, one of the old MKULTRA abandon research facility's is located in upstate New York.... the Tower is still there but in Very poor condition , the area is now a state park .....

Camp Hero State Park in Montauk New York

1898 Montauk Hwy, Montauk, NY 11954

Use caution if visiting the tower it is NOT in the best condition also the government has sealed up entrances to the underground area's of the base,  but still a cool place to check out for the historic aspect alone..

My next post will deal with Project MONACH and the NSA's psychic solders programs...

Another one of my Old posts .....Nina Kulagina The Russian Psychic..

Nina Kulagina....Ninel Sergeyevna Kulagina.....Nelya Mikhailova.
Born in 1926 lived until 1990

Power,....Telekinesis / Psychokinesis

Nina Kulagina was a Russian psychic, who according to numerous people including some well known scientists, news papers and many eyewitness reports, possessed a wide array of supernatural powers.

Although Nina had many different ability's, she is best known for her (telekinesis/psychokinesis powers )...Telekinesis is the ability to move objects using thought alone,...without having ever made physical contact with the object itself. Nina was filmed demonstrating her powers and the scientist's claimed that her ability's where real. During her childhood Nina grew up in Leningrad.

She would go on to become a senior sergeant in the army, her military career came to an end when she was injured but artillery fire, Luckily she manged to make a full recovery and would go on to get married and have a son.

Nina claims she had always known about her strange ability's.

According to some accounts whenever she met someone ill she was able to discern what ailment they were suffering from, and that she could tell what someone had in there pockets because of an image she would get in her mind. One time when Nina was in a bad mood in her home. She began to walk towards the cabinet, when all of the sudden a cut began to move on its own it then fell to the floor and shattered. Not long after that, other strange things began to happen. Objects began to move by them self, and seemed to be attracted to her.

The lights in her apartment would go on and off on there own.
Nina would later discover that when she concentrated, she could control this strange occurrence's. n 1964 Nina suffered a nervous breakdown and was hospitalized, well in the hospital she took up sewing. According to a published report Nina's doctors where stunned when they witnessed her reaching into a basket and pulling out any color of thread she wanted, without ever looking into the basket. Local paranormal researchers where notified, and the following year after Nina had mad a complete recovery, she took part in numerous experiment's set up by the researchers in order to test the full extent of her powers.

According to the tests Nina could indeed see colors with her fingertips as the doctor's had stated the previous year. It was also discovered that she possessed a type of healing ability, she could heal wound on her body just by holding her hand above them. Later when her psychokinesis was tested by Russian scientists the results of those test where so incredible that they made her use a false name. In order to keep her real name secret she was given the name Nelya Mikhailova. However to this day the full results of these tests have never been revealed, and more then likely they never will.

One of the first scientist's to test Nina was a Biologist named Edward Naumov.

Although the details of Edwards test are often sketch at best, According to many accounts his test consisted of spreading numerous matches on a large bench, then he would have Nina approach at which point she would raise her hand over the matches and they would suddenly begin to move to the edge of the bench together and fall to the ground. However this required a lot of concentration her hands would begin to shake, this ability put a lot of strain on her body.

Nina's telekinesis was not an easy feat to preform often times requiring many hours of preparation in order to properly clear her mind of all other thoughts and concentrate on her powers. However Skeptics like to point out the fact that the hours of preparation Nina took could have been used to help fake her powers.

In one of the experiments Nina would be seated at a table and instructed to concentrate on various small objects usually a matchbook loose matches or even a wineglass, and then make them move using her telekinesis.

Fantastic tails of Nina's extraordinaire ability's began to reach the U.S. Through the international wire service.

Later in the spring of 1968 films on Nina demonstrating her ability's, where shown at the First Moscow International Conference on Parapsychology. U.S. scientist's witnessed these films and for a shot time were allowed to meet with and interview some of Russia's other psychics and mediums, afterwords they were aloud to meet with Nina and see her psychokinesis for themselves.

In 1970 a man named William A McGary along with a group of U.S. paranormal investigators researching Russian psychics and mediums described a meeting with Nina in which she was able to move several small objects such as matches, bottle tops, and a wedding ring across a table without ever touching them.

Another one of the U.S. researchers named Gaither Pratt, from the University of Virginia stated that the objects that Nina was able to move all varied in size, shape, weight and material, and that the objects usually moved at a slow steady course, but every now and then the objects would Nina was controlling would move in fits and jerks. According to there accounts there were many measures taken to guaranty Nina was not cheating during the experiments by using any hidden threads or magnets, and all of the filmed experiments seem to prove that no know force could explain how Nina was moving the objects.

Through it is not really known how well Nina was checked before the beginning of the experiments.
A man named Dr. Zdenek Rejdak a Czech scientist with ties to a Prague Military Institute, personally tested Nina and later for some reason or another choose to reporter his findings to a far from scientific paper called Czech Pravda.

His statement is as follows....

"I visited the Kulagina family the evening of February 26, 1968 Mr Blazek, an editor friend was with me, also a physician, Dr. J.S. Zverev, and Dr. Sergeyev. Her husband, an engineer, was also present. Dr. Zverev gave Mrs. Kulagina a very thorough physical examination. Tests with special instruments failed to show any indication whatever of magnets or other concealed objects."
"We checked the table thoroughly and also asked Mrs. Kulagina to frequently change positions at the table. We passed a compass around her body and the chair and table with negative results. I asked her to wash her hands. After concentrating, she turned the compass needle more then ten times, then the entire compass and it's case, a matchbox and some twenty matches at once. I placed a cigarette in front of her. She moved that too, at a glance. I shredded it afterwords and there was nothing inside it. In between each set of tests, she was again physically examined by the doctor."

During one of the filmed experiments conducted by a group of well known physicists , many small non- magnetic objects such as matches and other such objects were placed in a large Plexiglas box. The box was created in order to prevent strings, wires and air from affecting the objects This are some of the methods Nina's skeptics believed she was cheating. But even with the box the objects inside would still movie when Nina concentrated and moved her hands near the box without touching it....During one extraordinary demonstration Nina was filmed levitating a small ping pong ball in mid air for a few seconds. "There may still be a few videos of this demonstration on Youtube unfortunately a lot of the footage is really old and kind of grainy."

According to a well know physicist named Dr. V.F. Shvetz. Nina in addition to being a skilled telekinetic she also possessed an odd ability to make the letter A or O appear on photos she was also able to make an outline of a form she had seen before appear on photos ."This ability is called Thoughtography" Thoughtography is the ability to transfer thoughts onto photographs through intense concentration. Also every once in awhile strange burn marks would suddenly form on Nina's hands there was even some reports that on few occasion's scientist's to there surprise witnessed Nina's cloths unexceptionably catch fire. Later on towards the end of her life Nina appeared on television to demonstrate her powers, causing bright red marks to appear on the arm of one of the journalists.
In one of Nina's oddest filmed experiments, the scientist placed a raw egg suspended in a saline solution roughly 2 meters away from were she was seated.

Nina was then asked to concentrate on the egg and try to separate the yolk from white she was successful at that task and found that if she concentrated hard enough she could put the two back together again. But by far Nina's most unusual filmed experiment took place in a laboratory in Leningrad on March 19, 1970. At this point the scientists were satisfied with the results of Nina's previous tests on inanimate objects. But they still wanted to see how far Nina's ability's extended and if her powers could have any effect on living organs and tissue.

Dr. Sergeyev was one of many scientists in attending when they placed a frog in a saline solution and Nina was asked to use her power to try and stop the frogs heart beat and then start it up again. So she began to focus all of her power on the frogs hart beat at first she mad it beat faster then slower and slower finally stopping it. Nina could also effect a human heart beat as one hostile psychiatrist found out first hand after frighting her.

It would seem that Nina's ability's put a large strain on her body the more she used them, At one point after preforming some of her tests with Dr. Rejdek Nina had almost no pulse and was completely exhausted she could barely move and during that 30 minute session she had lost almost four pounds of body-weight. Statements made by Dr. Zverev indicated that her heart beat was irregular, her endocrine system was disturbed and she had high blood sugar all indications of stress. On top of those symptom's she would also suffer from pains in her arms and legs , dizziness, lose of taste and lose of coordination.

This continued to progress until one day in the late 1970's Nina almost died from a heart attack, her doctor's suggested that she refrain from using her powers the way she use to however Nina would continue with some of her lab work until her death in 1990. It is widely believed that these continued experiments lead to physical exhaustion and were a major contributing factor in her death Nina was praised by the Soviet Union as a "Hero of Leningrad" for her brave service in World War 2, as well as her dedicated work in the field of psychic research, and helping to try and achieve a better understanding of the Paranormal.
