The HAARP Project.
HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) officially this project is an ionospheric research facility situated in Gakona, Alaska
HAARP's main goal is to conduct research on the ionosphere, the region of the atmosphere above the Earth's surface that reflects and refracts radio signals used for communication and navigation.
The main component is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), which is an array of 180 high-frequency antennas that can transmit 3.6 megawatts of power.
The facility uses high-frequency radio waves in the 2.8 to 10 MHz range to stimulate the ionosphere and create observable effects.
HAARP can also generate a false aurora or Aurora Glow by sending high frequency radio waves into the ionosphere this vaus s electron's to vibrate and become energized as they slowly return to their normal state they will emit visible light similar to an Aurora though not as vibrant more or less just a red or green glow we will probably see this glow further and further south as testing increases.
Many also believe HAARP is infact a weather modification/control device, something the Government very much denies (but when do they ever come clean). The US government still claims chemtrailes are a hoax though we can all see them implemented daily.

Project Blue beam
Simple put it's a government planed fake alien invasion.
Blue beam is a program that the US Government has thought of for a couple of decades now there are two main ways they can implement it
One aliens and Two religious belief.
Aliens..
They government will declare alien life is real and visitations have occurred to gage the public responses, followed by a declaration claiming an invasion is coming, this will be a achieved through televised propaganda as well as social media manipulation in the first stage,this creates panic and gives the government a "problem' to solve. Next comes "sightings and attack's" the sightings will be military drones and massive holographic projections in the sky.. the alien attacks will be military in disguise along with black budget weapons like high power lasers or sonic description devices to wipe out large portions of the population and induce violence or panic in the rest along with mass power outages and social media blackouts..
Then comes the government to the rescue claiming this is a global threat there are no borders in this fight while declaring martial law for the publics safety. Once it becomes a "global threat" that's when the one world government will be created..
Religious belief
Holograms will be projected into the sky showing the most prominent religion of the region, Jesus, Budda ect stating the end times are apon us. Then giving directives on salvation ... No boarded, on3 centralized government and a few "chosen " individuals to lead us.that will be the elites achieving there one world government.

However there are a few key steps they need to achieve before hand.
They will eventually try to create a digital ID system for all citizen's claiming convenience or flood the country with illegal migrants then claim the new Digital ID will be used to verify Legal residents and prevent illegals from working on the country Even though we already have social security numbers birth certificate driver's license ect and people already work here illegal regardless.. Don't be fooled this is the first step to gaining control next comes digital currency as a means of doing away with cash. If both id and currency become digital it will likely be tied to our online activity as well so they can track what we read, say or buy.. once that becomes the norm the government basically owns us all.
Next thing you know, One off hand comment about a politician or any comment someone claims to be offensive in whatever way will get you locked out of your bank or possibly even arrested every financial decisions you make and every dollar you spend will be at the governmens discretion..
Digital ID and Digital currency will lead to socialist politicians controlling our lives and eventually a Chinese style social credit system.

No more private cars (except for the wealthy and politicians) public has to take a bus/train and limited out of country flights to combat global warming while the wealthy leaders still travel by private jets..
Before they can begin rolling out digital ID, currency ect the government will need a means of testing the public compliance on a large scale.
This will be achieved through a false flag designed national disaster either chemical, biological or military. They will create a fake terrorist attack or declare a new contagious virus outbreak then see how mamy people will go along with the official response .. localized or large scale lockdowns and mandatory vaccination (chemical injections ) to either kill as many of us as possible in a relatively short time or to destroy our reproductive ability and lower the population through both death and declining birthrates
If the public gose along with the government response in a favorable manner they will move ahead with there next stage digital ID and Digital currency though they will likely wait a couple years in-between. They are playing the long game here..
